Your core responsibilities will include 1) financial analysis and modeling in support of strategic initiatives, 2) preparation of key financial forecasts including annual plans, quarterly outlooks, and monthly forecasts, 3) presentation of performance insights and actionable recommendations to management to influence the direction of the business, and 4) serve as collaborator and trusted partner to the business.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director of FP&A.ResponsibilityServe as the primary finance business partner to the corporate marketing and communications teamsBuild deep business partner relationships across the organization by establishing trust and gaining an understanding of relevant business driversPartner with the broader GTM finance team and cross functional partners on business and financial insights, and process improvements to address evolving business dynamicsDevelop financial models to streamline decision-making and highlight key drivers of past, current and future business performanceOwn annual budgeting, monthly close, and forecast processes inclusive of headcount and discretionary spend for business units supportedSupport the broader Growth FP&A team with forecast consolidations and annual planningCreate presentations, reports and dashboards to advise senior leadership on the financial performance of their teams and provide guidance on opportunities and risksUndertake ad hoc strategic projectsJob DesignationHybrid:Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.What you bringBasicBA/BS degree in Business, Finance, or related field5+ years of experience in finance with emphasis on budgeting, forecasting, annual planning, and financial modelingFP&A experience in a corporate environment at a publicly-traded company or at an investment bankExperience with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel and financial modelingPreferredPrior experience supporting Go-to-Market (GTM) teamsAbility to analyze and interpret data to develop strategic recommendationsAbility to influence leadership with excellence in verbal and written communicationsAbility to work independently, think objectively, and provide meaningful and insightful narratives based on both quantitative as well as qualitative dataStrong team player with a desire for continuous learning and improvementStrong financial acumen with proficiency in accounting principles and corporate finance valuation conceptsExperience with financial and ERP systems, such as Oracle and Adaptive PlanningWage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $105,800.00 - $163,450.00 base salaryWashington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $101,400.00 - $145,475.00 base salaryThis role is also eligible for the following:Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals.
