This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to lead high-profile projects while working alongside a collaborative and well-resourced internal team across civil/site, structural, GIS, survey, and traffic disciplines.
What You'll Do

• Lead and manage water and wastewater infrastructure projects from initial planning and design through construction and project completion for both public and private sector clients.
• Oversee the preparation of engineering calculations, technical reports, construction drawings, specifications, and permitting documentation.
• Serve as the primary client contact, building strong professional relationships and ensuring responsive, high-quality service delivery.
• Coordinate with internal departments including Civil/Site, Structural, GIS, Survey, and Traffic to develop integrated and comprehensive engineering solutions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations while managing project submittals, permitting activities, and agency approvals.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution, quality performance, and client satisfaction.
• Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and leadership support to junior staff while contributing to team development and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions to support ongoing client relationships and business growth.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master's a plus).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in water/wastewater engineering, including project leadership.
• Strong understanding of water distribution, wastewater collection, treatment systems, and permitting processes.
• Experience working with municipal clients and regulatory agencies in Pennsylvania or surrounding regions.
• Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, and hydraulic modeling tools.
• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
