Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist/Project Manager (Fully Remote)

Provide administrative and project support to the recruiting team. Deliver superior experiences to candidates and maintain stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and coordinate interviews while managing ATS data. Lead recruitment projects and identify process improvements. Facilitate offer letters and background checks with confidentiality. Qualifications: 3+ years in HR or Talent Acquisition with project management experience. Proficiency in recruitment software, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Culture: Patient-minded, client-focused, and committed to diversity and inclusion.
