Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Service Operations Manager Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Service Operations Manager to join their client's team in Connecticut. This role requires a dedicated professional with a strong background in operations management, ready to oversee and enhance service delivery and team performance. The successful candidate will thrive in a supervisory position, contributing to the strategic direction of service operations. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient service delivery. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service quality. Lead and manage a team of service professionals, providing guidance and support. Collaborate with other departments to align service operations with overall business objectives. Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Address and resolve any operational issues promptly. Requirements Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a service-related field. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
