Warehouse Technician I

The Role Warehouse Technician at Pueblo, CO facility. Responsible for shipping and receiving hazardous chemicals, operating forklifts, and maintaining warehouse inventory while complying with ISO 45001, ISO 9001, DOT, CFR49, and environmental and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Serve as a finished goods warehouse technician and forklift operator. Select and stage finished product from storage bins for future loading. Load finished product onto trucks for delivery; unload incoming deliveries. Place product into appropriate storage bins and maintain accurate inventory. Operate forklift and pallet jack safely and lift up to 50 lbs. Inspect trailers before loading. Ensure shipping documentation (bills of lading, shipping orders, freight bills) accompanies shipments. Fill out daily housekeeping forms. Transfer product to individual departments as requested. Adhere to company policies, ISO standards, and occupational health and safety protocols. Maintain excellent customer relations. Requirements High school diploma or GED. 1–2 years of warehouse experience, preferably dock operations/shipping. Forklift certification; stand‑up lift preferred. Valid Colorado driver’s license with clean record. Ability to lift or push up to 50 lbs. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Teamwork ability with colleagues at all levels. Availability for additional hours and some weekends. Pass a post‑offer drug screening. Pay Range Estimated at $21.00/hr – $23.00/hr based on qualifications and experience.
