Your Responsibilities:

List and sell residential real estate properties with professionalism and expertise.
Prospect and market to potential clients, expanding your network and influence.
Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers, ensuring optimal outcomes for all parties.
Prepare market analyses to accurately determine property values.
Educate clients on real estate procedures and processes, providing exceptional service and guidance.
Maintain your Real Estate License to stay compliant and informed.
