Their new Dayton, MN headquarters includes a 500,000-square-foot facility where employees can grow their career and build engineered-to-order products that help power our modern-world technology.As a Maintenance Technician, you'll maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and facility systems across the production and fabrication areas. You'll perform preventive maintenance, handle equipment repairs, and use Epicor ERP to track tasks and update records.Schedule Options:1st Shift: Monday to Thursday 5:00am-3:30pm2nd Shift: Monday to Thursday 3:45pm-2:15amPay:$26.50-$29.83/hour, based on experienceWeekly paychecks every FridayLocation and Work Environment:Champlin, MN and Dayton, MN facilitiesClean working environmentOption to wear one earbud on the production floorResponsibilities and Duties:Perform routine and preventive maintenance on CNC machines, fabrication equipment, and facility systemsTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issuesRespond to equipment breakdowns and complete repairs promptlyLog work orders and updates in Epicor ERPAssist with machinery installation or relocationMaintain and repair facility utilities such as lighting, HVAC, and plumbingInspect equipment for wear, damage, or safety concernsMaintain inventory of tools and spare partsFollow safety procedures including lockout/tagoutSupport continuous improvement and keep work areas organizedPerform minor building repairs and basic welding or fabrication when neededCalibrate and test equipment to ensure compliance with operational standardsCoordinate with vendors for specialized serviceParticipate in safety audits and contribute to corrective action planningSkills and Qualifications:0-3 years of related experience OR training OR equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience with CNC equipment, powder coating systems, or welding stations (preferred)Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipmentExperience using Epicor ERP (preferred)Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsAbility to read technical manuals and schematicsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.High school diploma OR equivalent (required)Pre-employment background check (required)Pre-employment drug screen (required)Benefits and Perks:Paid holidaysMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceTerm lifeShort-term disability401(k)Employee assistance programReferral programGrowth opportunitiesBreakrooms with inside convenience store
