The Mission for this Position As a pilot at SkyShare, you will be part of our exciting Part135 flight department, which is based in Salt Lake City, Utah. You will utilize your flying expertise to deliver our clients the highest level of service and safety. Job Responsibilities Ensure strict compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, checklists, and best practices. Perform duties of up to 14 hours per day during trips for as many as 8 consecutive days, often crossing multiple time zones and navigating drastically different weather conditions. As part of your rotation, you will have a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays. You will also be available for overnight trips, spending several days and nights away from home in hotels. Must reside within 1 hour of the SLC Airport or commit to relocating within two months of hire. Commuting is not an option for this position. Qualifications Must have recent single-pilot jet experience Minimum 2800 hours total flight time, including: 250 hours as PIC 500 hours of multi 300 hours of jet 200 hours of instrument FAA Commercial or Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with appropriate category and class Valid FAA 1st Class Medical Certificate FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit FAA Instrument Rating Valid U.S. passport and driver’s license Current IFR knowledge and experience Garmin1000/3000 preferred Prior Part135 experience preferred Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Must be able to pass TSA background checks and secure an appropriate SIDA badge when applicable Personal/Character Requirements Adaptability and Change Management: Exhibits a safety-first mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and demands. Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
