Restorative Nursing Aide

Restorative Nursing Program Aide (Full Time & Part Time)AristaCare at East Falls is seeking a motivated and compassionate Restorative Nursing Aide to join our nursing team. This position will focus on providing restorative nursing services, such as range-of-motion exercises, designed to help residents maintain or improve their highest level of function, mobility, independence, and quality of life.Responsibilities:Provide restorative nursing programs to residents according to their individualized plan of care.Assist residents with range-of-motion exercises, ambulation, transfers, positioning, mobility, and other restorative programs as assigned.Encourage residents to participate and reach their highest practicable level of independence.Follow established restorative nursing schedules and care plans.Accurately document resident participation, progress, and services provided.Communicate changes, concerns, barriers, or resident refusals to the nurse and appropriate team members.Work closely with nursing, rehabilitation, and the interdisciplinary team to support resident goals.Follow all facility policies, infection control practices, and resident safety procedures.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Active C.N.A. Certification in PA Required.Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.Rehabilitation experience is not required.
