Roles and Responsibilities

Be a customer launch specialist by launching new customers on the product, resolving pain points, and ensuring a great onsite experience. Represent *** by managing quality and performance for clients. Gather feedback from clients, identify issues, and clearly communicate them to the relevant contacts. Travel daily to different client locations within the San Francisco/Peninsula area. Work independently in a fast-paced environment with limited guidance. Use communication and collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Sheets, and internal Client systems. Learn, communicate, and troubleshoot basic issues within the Meal Manager platform, including account setup, placing orders, and setting up backup carts. Maintain excellent accuracy and productivity while working at a detailed operational level. Effectively articulate issues, understand problems, and implement solutions while managing multiple projects. Build strong relationships through empathy and emotional intelligence.

Qualifications

Based in the San Francisco/Peninsula area and willing to travel daily to different client locations. Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable learning and using technology and internal systems. Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Passion for people management and relationship building. Prior experience in Operations Management, Support, Customer Interviews, or Sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
