Business Analyst

Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and ongoing collaboration Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and technical requirements for development teams Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements and future‑state solutions Facilitate communication between business, IT, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery Develop process flows, documentation, SOPs, and workflow diagrams to support design and implementation efforts Support testing efforts, including test case creation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of deliverables Assist in change management efforts, including training, documentation, and user adoption support Perform data analysis to support business decisions, identify trends, and validate assumptions using tools such as SQL or reporting platforms Provide ongoing support for business applications, troubleshooting issues and identifying root causes Requirements Candidate must have experience in a similar role or possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform listed responsibilities Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus Benefits & Compensation The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
