We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Office Manager to join our team.Job DetailsSalary: $50,000 - $70,000 per yearJob Type: Full-timeLocation: White Plains, NY 10606Position OverviewThe Automotive Office Manager will consult and collaborate with General and Department Managers to identify operational opportunities and implement initiatives that drive revenue growth and cost savings. Job Requirement:QualificationsBachelor ’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.At least two years of experience in office or administrative management.3-5 years of accounting experience preferred.Solid knowledge of accounting office functions such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial statements, and collections.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong leadership and coaching abilities.Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on teamwork and customer relations.Proficient in typing, 10-key, and Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and ADP software.Willingness to follow and enforce company policies and procedures.Prior dealership office management experience is a plus but not required; training is available for the right candidate.Technology -savvy and adaptable to new tools and systems.
