• $90K$140K+ per year (depending on experience, skill level, and production)

OUR SERVICE ADVISORS DELIVER Our advisors know how to sell the work and keep things moving. Estimates are written properly so you can stay in the bay and flag hours.

NO DRAMA NO POLITICS Lifes too short to deal with prima donnas and wrench throwers. We dont tolerate it so you wont have to either.

YOU WILL ALWAYS KNOW WHERE YOU STAND Clear systems, fair dispatching, and zero favoritism. No pet techs getting fed the easy workeverything is transparent and above board.

WELL-ORGANIZED & EFFICIENT WORKFLOW We run a structured, high-efficiency shop (150%+ productivity). No chaos, no wasted timejust a system that lets you produce.

MODERN SHOP WITH THE RIGHT TOOLS Clean, well-lit, organized shop with up-to-date diagnostic equipment, scan tools, A/C & heat in bays, and everything you need to do the job right.

YOU WILL NOT BE MICROMANAGED We hire strong techs for a reason. If you know what youre doing, well let you do it. Support is there when you need itotherwise, we stay out of your way.

OPEN-DOOR, TEAM-FIRST ENVIRONMENT Everyone helps each other outeven on flat rate. Your voice matters, and youll always have support from leadership and the team.

NO WEEKENDS YOUR TIME MATTERS 5-day work week, MondayFriday. Weekends are yours (unless you choose to come in and make extra money).
