Desired Background & Experience:

• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable
• Familiarity with middle and high school caseloads
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement speech and language intervention plans
• Experience with IEP documentation and participation in multidisciplinary meetings

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and support for students with speech/language needs in middle and high school
• Conduct assessments and contribute to eligibility determination
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop tailored treatment plans
