About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for the APAC region. This pivotal role involves driving the execution of critical initiatives, establishing and maintaining key performance indicators, and leading transformation projects to foster growth, efficiency, and innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying emerging trends, facilitating communication and alignment across the organization, and preparing executive reporting and presentation materials. A key aspect of the role is to champion a culture of collaboration and agility, providing strategic guidance, and utilizing strong analytical skills to support decision-making. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position should have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA preferred, and solid experience in a strategic role within the technology sector in the APAC region. The role requires a proven track record of leadership and execution in a fast-paced environment, as well as direct experience in driving global transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be proficient in data analysis and interpretation, and have a passion for driving results. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the EVP, APAC, and must be adept at prioritizing activities, allocating resources, and ensuring the timely delivery of results.
