Location: Onsite

Schedule: Anytime between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM , Monday–Saturday (approximately 3 Saturdays per month)

Experience Level: Entry Level

• Assist members with checking, savings, IRA, trust, estate, and certificate accounts
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other financial transactions accurately
• Educate members on available financial products and services
• Support lending, credit card, and debit card inquiries
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong member relationships
• Maintain accurate account records and documentation

✅ Customer service experience required

✅ Cash handling experience required

✅ Comfortable working directly with customers and building relationships

✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

✅ Confident, personable, and not afraid to engage with members

✅ Sales or retail experience is a plus

✅ Strong data entry and administrative skills

✅ Banking or financial services experience is a plus, but not required

✅ Proficiency with Microsoft Office

This is a Contract position based out of Monterey, CA.

The pay range for this position is $23.28 - $23.28/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
