Senior Consultant - Epic Orders Analyst - Remote Join to apply for the Senior Consultant - Epic Orders Analyst - Remote role at Nordic Global . A Senior Consultant provides consulting services to clients on Epic-related projects in an analyst, project management, project leadership, or training capacity. We are looking for someone who listens to the client and understands that each project and organization is unique. Experience implementing Epic is required, and experience on a Connect or optimization project is a plus. Requirements: At least 2 years of Epic experience At least 1 current Epic certification (EpicCare Inpatient, Orders, or other inpatient specialties) Key Responsibilities: Perform Epic-related consulting and administrative services for Nordic clients Apply technical expertise to client system builds to troubleshoot and resolve issues Mentor client project teams in project and system build strategies Track and document risks and issues Analyze and document workflows Work with project leadership and facilitate meetings Work directly with Epic end users to monitor workflows and provide optimization suggestions Lead project status meetings and coordinate work products Skills and Experience: At least one Epic certification; multiple certifications preferred Project management experience is preferred; PMP strongly preferred for leadership roles Minimum two years of Epic work experience post-certification Strong communication skills Highly organized and able to multitask Self-starter with good time management Adaptable to new environments and project requirements Mentoring skills and professional integrity Nordic is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and non-discrimination.
