Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Family Law Attorney located in Las Vegas, NV. The Associate will handle a variety of legal tasks including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, advising clients, and representing clients in court. The role requires collaboration with senior attorneys, attending hearings, negotiating settlements, and managing case files efficiently. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining the firm's high standards of client service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in legal research, legal writing, and case analysis

• Strong skills in drafting legal documents, pleadings, and contracts

• Experience with litigation, negotiations, and courtroom proceedings

• Familiarity with case management systems and legal software

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Active license to practice law in Nevada and in good standing

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

• Prior experience in family law
