Talent Acquisition CoordinatorThe Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting PC's recruiting and hiring efforts. This position serves as the operational backbone of the recruitment function, coordinating the candidate experience, managing recruiting systems and processes, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, and supporting recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring lifecycle. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This individual helps ensure the company can efficiently attract, hire, and onboard top talent across field, professional, and leadership positions in multiple states across regions and company market segments. In office presence required: This position requires a full-time, Monday–Friday physical presence in the South Burlington, VT office to collaborate with the team and support executives.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the recruiting/talent acquisition team to understand and assist with the hiring process in a high volume, multi state/location recruiting environmentDrive and support the completion of onboarding requirements for new hires; this position plays an instrumental role in the comprehensive onboarding processCoordinate pre-employment drug tests, track onboarding process and paperwork in ATS/HRIS systems and follow up to ensure completionMonitor Form I-9 dashboard and assist with the processOrder, store, assemble, and manage inventory of company giveaways and brochures as directed by the Senior Recruiter and Campus Recruiter for new hires, welcome boxes and career fairsSend out welcome boxes for new hires and other recruiting materials as neededOrder and distribute Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for new hiresAssist with posting on social media and job boards, and other recruitment/marketing efforts as assignedSupport relocating new hires by coordinating relocation logistics, managing required documentation, and providing exceptional customer serviceAssist recruiting/talent acquisition team with sourcing efforts when neededSchedule interviews with candidates and hiring managersEnsure quality new hire experienceSupport HR team with additional tasks and projectsCore CompetenciesCollaboratingContinuous LearningQuality OrientationOutstanding Attention to DetailStrong follow-up and follow-throughMinimum Job RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDOpen to accepting and learning new softwareExcellent verbal, written, and organizational skillsPreferred QualificationsAssociate degree preferredTwo years of experience related to dutiesPhysical Demands and Work Environment:The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here represent those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
