Job Description Job Description Job Title: Slice Line Operator/Box Line Operator
Reports To: Shift Supervisor
Hours: 6am-6pm (rotating bi-weekly schedule that includes every or weekend)

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a variety of warehouse duties, including packaging, storing, organizing, and distributing food product The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
Unload, sort, and store materials and products in designated areas.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
Operate warehouse equipment such as machinery, pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks (if certified).
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures.
Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in inventory management.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Operating a forklift
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
Working Conditions:
This position requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
Work is performed in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures.
