Maintain customer records and update information in our database. Proactively identify and address potential customer concerns or needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving customer service processes and procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business or a related field is a plus. 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related role. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work well in a team and independently.
