Main Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations with attention to detail
- Manage resources including stock, staff, and sales
- Recruit, train, and appraise staff performance
- Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain financial and statistical records
- Set and motivate the team to achieve sales targets
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
- Prepare promotional displays and materials

Qualifications & Skills
- High school degree required
- Strong commercial awareness and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal communication and teamwork abilities
- Confidence and resourcefulness in problem-solving
