In this role, you'll oversee nursing services during assigned shifts, supervise caregiving teams, and ensure residents' needs are met with professionalism, compassion, and compliance with state, federal, and Americare standards. You'll serve as a key clinical resource, supporting care delivery and fostering a safe, respectful environment. Summary The Charge Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing clinical oversight and supervision of nursing care during assigned shifts to ensure quality outcomes and regulatory compliance. This role guides nursing staff, administers medications and treatments, maintains accurate documentation, and serves as a central communicator between residents, families, providers, and leadership.
