Strategic Finance & Operations Director (Nonprofit)

Discovery Lab is seeking a Director of Finance to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board. You will oversee daily accounting, payroll, grant tracking, and contracts while shaping long-term financial strategy and ensuring compliance.
