Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an hourly position. Limited License Rad Tech - Expected pay for this position is $21.93 - $28.71/hour. As a Radiology Technologist Care Guide, you'll ensure a seamless patient experience by managing everything from clerical and clinical tasks to occupational health duties, including imaging, registration, vitals, and drug screens. Qualifications Fully Licensed Rad Tech REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education Completion of a formal Radiography program with associated certificate or degree License/Certifications Licensed with IEMA American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers) completed within 2 weeks of hire ARRt (R) registry eligible Must complete ARRT registry within 6 months of hire Other requirements/information May be required to float between clinics as needed. Other skills/knowledge Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Other skills/knowledge Previous experience as a medical office assistant or CNA or equivalent, previous experience with an electronic health record and phlebotomy. Knowledge of urgent care medical specialty. Knowledge of medical terminology. Knowledge of Epic. Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette. Knowledge and integration of available standards, resources, and data; discretion, good judgment; diplomacy; decision making; and a customer service attitude. Licensure/Certifications Current certification as a radiology technician with The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Current American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers) Limited License Rad Tech REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education High School Diploma/GED Experience 1 year healthcare experience Licensure/ Certification Limited scope testing certification provided by ARRT American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers) Other Skills/ Knowledge Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. May be required to float between clinics as needed.
