Sales Operations Coordinator

Sales Operations Coordinator Keep our sales team moving and our partners connected.
At FSP, our work is guided by five core values: Caring, Integrity, Passion, Drive, and Resilience. As our Sales Operations Coordinator, you'll help turn those values into everyday results. You'll be the organized, dependable hub that connects our field agents, internal departments, and the credit union partners we serve.
A day in this role might include:
Building and sharing schedules so field agents are at the right place at the right time
Keeping credit union contacts informed about attendance, schedule changes, and time off
Connecting teams across Compliance, Quality Assurance, Business Development, IT, Marketing, and more
Keeping our CRM accurate and up to date
Managing inventory and promotional items for credit union branches
Helping plan Member Appreciation events and joining branch huddles
Leading special projects and finding smarter ways to work
You'll thrive here if you:
Have 5+ years in sales operations, customer service, or administrative support
Are comfortable with CRM systems and confident in Excel
Communicate clearly and professionally, and enjoy building relationships
Stay calm and organized when priorities shift
Can be trusted with confidential information
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree
Experience in financial services or supporting a sales team
