**Position Overview**

Adecco is hiring a detail-oriented and technically proficient **Customer Service Representative** for a full-time, fully remote opportunity. This role supports a client in the transportation services industry by processing, reviewing, and verifying regulatory filing information using proprietary software systems.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently in a remote environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and has exceptional computer and data accuracy skills.

**Schedule & Training**

+ **Standard Hours:** 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time

+ **Rotational Shift:** After successful completion of a 90?day probationary period, candidates will rotate into a later shift of **9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time**

+ **Training:** Conducted remotely; full training provided on the client's proprietary software platform

**Equipment**

+ Company-provided computer and telephone equipment

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Process and verify the accuracy of filing requests with federal agencies

+ Retrieve, analyze, and validate rate and contract filing data

+ Utilize a proprietary software system to complete filings and updates

+ Maintain accurate customer profiles and documentation

+ Communicate updates and findings to appropriate internal departments

+ Provide prompt, accurate, and professional customer interactions

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

+ Strong computer and technical proficiency

+ Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy

+ Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Comfortable learning and navigating proprietary software systems

**Pay Details:** $19.23 per hour
