Alignment Technician Wilkes-Barre, PA Join a growing team with competitive hourly pay and real career opportunities. We’re hiring an Alignment Technician and are ready to invest in your success from day one. What You’ll Do Perform front- and rear-end alignments; adjust caster, camber, and toe Diagnose and replace components such as tie rod ends, drag links, U-bolts, and shims Inspect vehicles, identify worn or damaged parts, and recommend repairs Troubleshoot customer concerns and verify repairs through testing Use hand tools, tire tools, alignment machines, brake lathe, air tools, and shop equipment Maintain equipment and a clean, organized work area Document services and repairs accurately Follow all safety, federal, and state requirements Assist with other shop duties as needed What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED Alignment or heavy-duty mechanical experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Able to work independently and as part of a team State Inspection license preferred (or willingness to obtain) Why Join McCarthy Tire Competitive hourly pay Weekly pay Paid training and strong safety culture Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid holidays and PTO Career growth and advancement opportunities Supportive team environment View our full benefits package at Equal Opportunity Employer We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
