Welder/Fabricator (MIG - Hard Wire)
Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Schedule- Day Shift: Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts
- Friday overtime available
We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our team. This position requires a skilled individual who can work independently, read blueprints, and fabricate custom weldments without the use of fixtures. Approximately 96% of our work consists of custom fabrication, so strong layout, fit-up, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Responsibilities- Perform hard wire MIG welding on custom fabricated parts
- Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Fit and assemble parts accurately without the use of fixtures
- Produce high-quality welds that meet company specifications
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work efficiently while meeting production deadlines
- Previous hard wire MIG welding experience required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong fabrication and fit-up skills
- Ability to fabricate and assemble custom parts independently
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
