Project Manager

What You Will Experience In This Role Life Cycle Ownership Lead projects from initial Sales‑to‑Operations handoff through engineering, fabrication, shipping, and final site integration. Risk Mitigation Conduct regular risk assessments, identify bottlenecks in design or supply chain, and develop contingency plans. KPI Tracking Maintain accountability for project health metrics, including margin retention and on‑time delivery. Design & Engineering Integration Critically review sales contracts against engineering capabilities. Act as liaison between structural, electrical, and mechanical engineering teams. Manage release of drawings, ensuring redlines and field changes are documented. Supply Chain & Critical Path Management Partner with Purchasing on long‑lead items. Monitor vendor performance and hold accountability to technical specs. Operational Excellence & Quality Control Coordinate with shop supervisors to audit progress and resolve manufacturing hurdles. Facilitate internal quality audits to achieve zero‑punchlist. Financial Management & Change Control Monitor scope creep, calculate cost/schedule impact of changes, and negotiate change orders. Provide monthly Percent of Completion reports. Post-Delivery Service Manage warranty phase, liaise with customers, deploy field technicians as needed. Stakeholder & Client Relations Serve as primary point of contact and translate technical delays into professional business updates. Required Experience and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Business Management, or related field. 2‑5 years of project management experience in manufacturing, oil & gas, or industrial construction. Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., MS Project) and working knowledge of electrical schematics or AutoCAD. Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams and manage complex customer negotiations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact at all levels. Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time. Compensation and Benefits Pay is based on the expected range of base pay for the role: Base pay range: $62,900.00 – $116,900.00. Potential incentive compensation and other forms of remuneration.
