Fitness Program Coach — Inspire Wellness & Community
YMCA of Springfield
The YMCA of Springfield is looking for a Program Coach to lead fitness classes and promote member wellness. You will engage participants in a safe and supportive environment while maintaining knowledge of fitness trends. Key responsibilities include building authentic member relationships, attending meetings, and encouraging participation in wellness challenges. The ideal candidate must be CPR certified, hold a national fitness certification, and have a year of group exercise teaching experience.
