About the Role
TF Partners Inc. is hiring a Business Sales Consultant to help local businesses find affordable benefits solutions for their employees. This is a relationship-focused sales role where you'll meet with business owners, understand their needs, and recommend solutions that support their teams.
No industry background is required-we provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities
- Meet with local business owners and decision-makers
- Identify company benefit needs and goals
- Recommend solutions that fit client budgets
- Build long-term client relationships
- Provide excellent service and follow-up support
- Use CRM tools to manage client information and communications
- Attend weekly team trainings and meetings
Qualifications
