Job Summary
Respiratory Therapist, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, located at a regional healthcare facility, provides specialized respiratory care to critically ill pediatric and neonatal patients. The role involves working within a team to deliver high-quality patient care aligned with best practices and clinical protocols.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Cardiopulmonary, Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification, minimum of 3 years of Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) experience, minimum of 3 years of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) experience, minimum of 1 year of Pediatric Emergency Department experience, minimum of 1 year of Pediatric Level 1 Trauma experience, ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP certifications, and current licensure in good standing.
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Candidates must have prior travel assignment experience. The position involves working 13 weekend shifts over the contract duration and may require working 2 out of 3 major holidays if the contract extends over holidays. The client reserves the right to float or reassign personnel within their clinical competence to other areas of practice within a thirty-five (35) mile radius of the assigned facility.
