Active - Regular full-time Professionals Butler, PA, US 1 Attachments 2 days ago Requisition ID: 1163 Salary Range: $40,000.00 To $42,000.00 Annually ENROLLMENT SERVICES SPECIALIST POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT Butler County Community College (BC3) is currently accepting applications for the position of Enrollment Services Specialist. This is a regular full-time position that will begin immediately. Reporting to the Director of Records, the Enrollment Services Specialist will take an active role in the establishment and maintenance of technological solutions to processes and troubleshoot technical issues in the Student Information System (SIS), Curriculum Management System (Curriculog), and the Client Relations Management (CRM) system as well as establish workflows and standardized procedures for electronic forms and processes related to the maintenance of a student’s academic record. Associate Degree from an accredited institution in Business, Computer Science, General Studies or related field required. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Business, Computer Science, or General Studies preferred. Demonstrated experience in critical thinking, problem solving, data analysis, and emergent technologies required. Two years experience in customer service and dealing with a diverse population preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerAutomate preferred. Occasional evening and weekend hours required. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Review of applications will begin immediately.
