Advanced Software Engineer

Responsibilities Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure product quality and functionality. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues, and drive resolution. Develop and maintain automated test scripts and tools using SQL Server, C#, Python, and Visual Basic. Oversee testing activities at manufacturing sites, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Deploy and validate test equipment at various manufacturing sites in USA and Mexico. Analyze test results and provide recommendations for product and yield improvements. Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in test or software development or a related field. Strong knowledge of SQL Server, C#, Python, and Visual Basic. Experience with firmware download and flashing microprocessors. Experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts and tools. Experience with database and server management. Experience maintaining computers and servers. Willingness to travel to contract manufacturing sites as required (~10%). Preferred Experience in contract manufacturing or a similar industry. Knowledge of Flash JTAG testing methodologies. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
