Position Summary We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Real Estate Agent to help buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their real estate goals. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills who is committed to providing exceptional customer service while building long‑term client relationships. Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Real Estate Salesperson at HouZingo/Leroux Realty Group, Inc., located in Central Mass. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the property transaction process. The role involves conducting property market analyses, identifying client needs, facilitating property showings, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, the role includes building and maintaining relationships with clients, networking with potential buyers and sellers, and staying updated on market trends and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Prospect and generate new buyer and seller leads through networking, referrals, marketing, and community outreach. Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide expert guidance throughout the buying or selling process. List, market, and show residential and/or commercial properties. Conduct comparative market analyses (CMAs) to help determine appropriate listing and purchase prices. Coordinate open houses, private showings, and client appointments. Prepare and present listing presentations, purchase offers, and other transaction documents. Negotiate contracts, pricing, inspections, repairs, and closing terms on behalf of clients. Collaborate with mortgage lenders, attorneys, inspectors, appraisers, title companies, and other professionals to facilitate successful transactions. Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and ensure a positive customer experience. Stay current on local market trends, property values, financing options, and real estate laws and regulations. Utilize CRM software to manage leads, client communications, and follow‑up activities. Maintain accurate records and comply with all brokerage, state, and federal real estate regulations. Required Qualifications An active real estate salesperson license in Massachusetts. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Strong negotiation and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to work independently while managing multiple clients and transactions. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and real estate technology platforms. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of local real estate market trends and neighborhoods. Experience using MLS systems, electronic signature platforms, and digital marketing tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and tasks effectively. Proven abilities in sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on effective communication and relationship management. Strong negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills are a plus. Strong social media and online marketing skills. Relationship building. Sales and negotiation.
