Store Manager – York, PA LH Brubaker Appliances & Water Treatment

LH Brubaker Appliances & Water Treatment is seeking a Store Manager to lead our newest showroom location in York, PA . This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in launching and growing a new market for a family-owned company that has been serving South Central Pennsylvania since 1932.

What You'll Do

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the York location, including:

• Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team 
• Driving appliance and water treatment sales growth 
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience from showroom to installation 
• Managing daily store operations and ensuring operational excellence 
• Building relationships with builders, remodelers, designers, and community organizations 
• Supporting local marketing, networking, and community events 
• Promoting our water treatment solutions and helping customers understand the impact water quality has on their homes and appliances 
• Upholding the values and culture that make LH Brubaker a trusted name in our community 

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

• A proven leader with retail, showroom, or sales management experience 
• Passionate about coaching and developing people 
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills 
• Results-oriented and comfortable working toward sales goals 
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities 
• Experienced in home improvement, appliances, water treatment, construction, or related industries (preferred)
