We are committed to continually improving our products, our services and ourselves.Responsibilities:Enter data into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets accuratelyPerform basic cycle counts of parts and locations; resolve any variances as necessaryEnsure that all usable parts are properly identifiedDeliver product parts and finished goods safely and accurately to the warehouseTransfer product parts and finished goods to designated picking and bulk warehouse locationsMaintain inventory stocking levels in the product parts and finished good picking locationsEnter and maintain inventory-related data in the ERP and Shop Floor Control softwareMaintain proper housekeeping of the warehouse zones in the 75 and 55 Jacksonville facilitiesPick components/finished goods using work order/sales order dataStage picked items for packing/assemblySelect and pack finished goods as noted on the sales orderInform the Supervisor or Team Lead when there are issues with order fulfillment or product shortagesFollow all department and safety procedures of the facility and warehouse zonesRequirements:High School Diploma or GED, Technical certification, a plus1+ years' experience in a warehouse environmentERP experience, preferredBasic knowledge of data entry in Microsoft Word and ExcelCommunicate effectively and respectfully to all team membersMust be able to work at heights of up to 20 feetAbility to perform basic mathematical computations and apply them to daily activitiesAbility to understand written and verbal instructions in EnglishAbility to work in a team environment and communicate effectivelyMust possess a strong attention to detailMust be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, sit, and ladder-climb for more than 1 hour at a timeAbility to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs.Ability to push-pull a maximum of 1200 lbs. with a manual rolling assistVisual requirements include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to focusGeneral knowledge of workplace safety, a plusWork Environment – Manufacturing:MachineryChemicalsDustPaintNoiseProtective clothing and equipment may be requiredMore about Havis:Havis designs, manufactures and sells equipment for the mobile workforce.
