We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment across North America, partnering with senior business leaders to attract exceptional talent across a diverse portfolio of functions. This is not a traditional recruiting role. We're seeking a true talent acquisition business partner who can influence hiring decisions, challenge stakeholders, build talent pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience while managing a high-volume, complex hiring portfolio. What You'll Do Manage a portfolio of approximately 20-30 active requisitions across North America Lead full-cycle recruitment from briefing through offer and onboarding Partner closely with senior leaders across: Manufacturing & Operation, Supply Chain & Procurement, Sales & Business Development, Engineering & Technical Functions, Corporate & Support Functions Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market intelligence, talent insights and recruitment strategy recommendations Drive direct sourcing initiatives and build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles Influence hiring decisions through structured assessments and data-driven recommendations Monitor and improve recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, candidate quality and stakeholder satisfaction Champion a best-in-class candidate experience that strengthens our employer brand What We're Looking For 4-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Proven experience recruiting across multiple functions including manufacturing, supply chain, commercial and corporate disciplines Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage and influence senior leaders Experience managing a high-volume requisition load in a fast-paced environment Expertise in direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate business needs into talent strategies Excellent communication, relationship-building and consultative skills #J-18808-Ljbffr IDEMIA
