Wylie, TX | Full-Time | Five-Day Workweek | $50/Hour Flat Rate

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose complex engine, electrical, drivability, HVAC, and mechanical concerns
• Complete accurate testing before recommending repairs
• Perform advanced repairs efficiently and correctly
• Produce detailed digital vehicle inspections with photos and videos
• Document findings and communicate clearly with service advisors
• Mentor developing technicians and support quality control
• Maintain low comeback rates while consistently producing hours

What You Bring

• Proven A-level or master-level diagnostic experience
• Strong electrical and drivability troubleshooting skills
• Ability to diagnose—not guess or simply replace parts
• Experience with scan tools and repair platforms such as Tekmetric, ALLDATA, or Identifix
• Professional tools and a valid driver’s license
• ASE certifications preferred

Saturday availability is preferred, with a weekday off to maintain a five-day schedule.
