Let us be the best place you'll ever work.What you will doBuild and maintain accurate budgets, forecasts and risks and opportunitiesDevelop and maintain financial models to forecast supply chain performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify trends and opportunities.Interpret and communicate financial analysis results and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, to support informed decision-making.Build and improve upon mechanisms that enable efficient and effective operations, such as labor plans and unit forecasts.Perform comprehensive financial analysis and evaluation of initiatives, including supply chain business cases and market tests.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, procurement, store operations, and customer experience, to gather data and insights for analysis.Monitor marketing budgets and expenditures, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and providing insights for cost optimization.Provide accurate and timely reports to senior management.Interpret and present data insights to leadership and key stakeholders.Lead a team of two. Maintain a high bar and support team members development.What you will needBachelor's Degree Finance, accounting, or a related field. Required6+ years relevant experience RequiredExperience in financial planning & analysis requiredBackground in supply chain PreferredExcellent analytical skills, with the ability to exercise business judgment and effectively communicate with management. (High proficiency)Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks. (High proficiency)Comfortable working with assumptions and imperfect data. (High proficiency)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (High proficiency)Familiarity with industry-leading BI tools such as Tableau or Cognos (Medium proficiency)Strong verbal and written communication skills.
