About the Job BCBA / BCaBA Clinical Supervisor In-Home Services | Remote/Hybrid Supervision | Flexible Scheduling T.R.A.C. About the Role T.R.A.C. is a 100% in-home ABA provider seeking supervisors interested in a remote/hybrid position. We offer flexible scheduling that allows clinicians to balance clinical responsibilities with personal well-being. Afternoon and evening availability is required to support client scheduling needs. Supervision responsibilities include: Telehealth supervision. Monthly in-person client visits. Parent and caregiver collaboration. Clinical oversight and guidance for Behavior Technicians and RBTs. Flexible scheduling based on clinical and client needs. What We're Looking For: We are seeking motivated, compassionate, and team-oriented clinicians who: Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members. Support and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs. Are dedicated to helping clients and families overcome challenges associated with their diagnoses. Maintain strong clinical, ethical, and professional standards. Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. BCaBA Requirements: Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB. Active LARA License. BCBA Requirements: Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
