Serve Pastor (Associate Pastor)

First Baptist Tillman’s Corner, a Southern Baptist church in the heart of Mobile County, Alabama, is hiring a full-time Serve Pastor (Associate Pastor) to join our pastoral team. The purpose of the Serve Pastor is to lead and develop FBTC’s local missions, pastoral care support, and ministry teams while equipping and developing volunteers and ministry leaders. Working under the leadership of the Senior Pastor and in collaboration with the ministerial staff, the Serve Pastor will help the congregation live out FBTC’s mission through compassionate care, community outreach, leadership development, and effective ministry engagement.
