Property Management Administrative Assistant

CCI is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Property Manager at our Amarillo community. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential as you assist with correspondence, records, and special projects. The role includes processing tenant recertifications and ensuring compliance with HUD and LIHTC guidelines, while leveraging Yardi and other tools to improve efficiency.
