Give us a call opt 1Job Details: Shift: 12H NightsTotal Weekly Hours: 36Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, RN LicenseTrauma Level: Facility Specific Job Notes: Required Experience and Clinical Experience: - Must have two years of ED experience (current role needs to be in ED, free standing ER, ER code, ER urgent care, etc.) Preferred Experience: - 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty Education: - Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred Licensure and Certifications: - Current BLS certification required (AHA only) - Current ACLS certification required (AHA only) - Current PALS certification required (AHA only) - Current TNCC certification required - RN License in state of TX or compact Leadership and Skills: - Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders - All newly hired experienced RNs must attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire - Completion of all annual competency verification requirements Additional Position Requirements: - New hires are precepted by a designated trained staff member and initial on-boarding requirements are validated through successful completion of the designated organizational entry competency validation and an Emergency Department-specific competency validation - All newly licensed RNs may participate in a residency program or other specific orientation.
