Litigation Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate in Bloomington, IN. This full-time position offers the opportunity to engage in diverse legal matters, providing extensive experience and mentorship. The role involves working with clients from Indiana and nationwide, with tasks primarily based in Bloomington and occasional work in Indianapolis. Duties Conduct legal research and draft motions Prepare for and participate in depositions Represent clients in court proceedings Explore alternative dispute resolution methods Manage commercial and insurance defense cases Requirements Licensed to practice law in Indiana or recently graduated with a J.D.
