Receptionist - Corporate

Job Overview The DeGol Organization is seeking an energetic, professional, and experienced (High school diploma with 2 years minimum experience) Corporate Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, coordinate communication channels, and support administrative functions to ensure a smooth and efficient office environment. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to appropriate departments Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages with accuracy and timeliness Maintain front desk area by keeping it organized, tidy, and presentable at all times Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies inventory, and conference room scheduling. Utilize computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace tools, and QuickBooks for bookkeeping or financial tracking Experience Proven office experience or administrative support background in a corporate environment - High School diploma, 2 years minimum experience. Strong Communication skills Demonstrated proficiency with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Familiarity with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing systems, proofreading documents, and calendar management Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel), Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Calendar), and QuickBooks is preferred Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor at all times Pay: $15.75 - $17.50 per hour Benefits 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Work Location In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
