Commercial/Fleet Manager

Commercial Fleet Sales Manager Build Business. Build Relationships. Build Kocourek's Commercial Fleet. Kocourek is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Commercial Fleet Sales Manager to grow our business with local companies and organizations. This position will primarily represent our Chevrolet and Ford dealerships, working directly with local businesses to understand their transportation needs and provide fleet vehicle solutions. This is more than selling a vehicle. It's about developing business relationships that last. You will identify businesses in our community, introduce Kocourek as their automotive partner, understand their fleet needs, and build relationships that lead to repeat purchases and long-term business. What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with local businesses and commercial accounts.
• Prospect and generate new business through phone, email, referrals, networking, community involvement, and in-person visits.
• Identify customer fleet needs and recommend appropriate Chevrolet and Ford commercial vehicles and solutions.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through delivery, including proposals, negotiations, and coordination with Finance.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and existing accounts through consistent follow-up and relationship management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Service, Parts, and Management to provide an exceptional commercial customer experience.
• Represent Kocourek in the local business community, stay current on commercial products and programs, and achieve sales and business development goals.

You'll stay connected with your customers after the sale, learn when they anticipate replacing vehicles, and work with our dealership teams to help keep their business. • Comfortable using CRM systems, email, phone, and other technology
• A team player who can work across multiple dealership departments
• Willing to be active in the local business community
• Possesses a valid driver's license and good driving record
