Human Resources Specialist
Rush Copley Medical Center
This part time, temporary role will play a key part in supporting critical Human Resources functions, with a primary focus on regulatory compliance, benefits administration, and front desk operations. The position is designed to ensure efficient day‑to‑day support while contributing to the department’s overall service excellence, operational effectiveness, and employee experience. Position Requirements: High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred. HRIS System knowledge preferred.
