What You’ll Do Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SLPs and SLPAs Set and maintain high clinical standards and documentation quality Partner with OT and PT leadership to deliver integrated care Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new clinicians Drive team performance, accountability, and engagement Work closely with leadership to support clinic expansion and success Help build a strong, positive, and growth-oriented team culture What You Bring Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active California SLP license (or ability to obtain) Pediatric experience required; outpatient experience preferred Leadership or supervisory experience, or readiness to step into leadership Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality care A proactive, ownership-driven mindset Compensation And Benefits Health, medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) PTO Leadership growth and advancement opportunities Make an Impact This role is ideal for someone who wants more than just a caseload.
